So, what exactly constitutes the PERFECT lake property? Well, let’s start with the lake, itself. Church Lake is one of the very best crystal clear lakes in the province and only twenty minutes or so from Mahone Bay and Lunenburg (Exit 11 from Hwy 103). For the fisherman, Church Lake is a golden opportunity to “get intimate” with small mouth bass often exceeding 20 inches. For the rest of the family this property offers a wonderful private sand beach to play on or swim from. Add a nice dock and float, electric-winch boat haul-up, beach-side barbeque and gazebo, charming children’s playhouse and much more...really, recreationally speaking, it doesn’t get better than this.
Residentially speaking, this property features a modern cottage (nothing “campy” about this place!), built in 2000 and expanded to 800 sq ft in 2006.
